We sell digital products — primarily ebooks in PDF format, sometimes accompanied by supplementary files (Word templates, checklists, printable cards).
All products are delivered instantly after successful payment, via download link and email.
Products are digital only. No physical goods are shipped.
Product descriptions, page counts, and contents are listed on each product's sales page at the time of purchase.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated and include any applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely by Kiwify (Kiwify Tecnologia Ltda). We do not store your payment card details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
Promotional or launch pricing may be withdrawn without prior notice.
4. 14-day refund policy
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all ebook purchases.
To request a refund, email support@alvaroabreu.com within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
Include your order number or the email address used at checkout.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You may keep the downloaded files after a refund. We trust your good faith.
This refund policy is in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5. Personal use licence
When you purchase an ebook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own purposes.
You may: read the ebook on any device you own, print it for personal reference, share brief excerpts (under fair dealing).
You may not: redistribute, resell, publish, or make the ebook (or any substantial part of it) available to others, whether for free or for a fee.
If someone else would benefit from the guide, please direct them to our website.
